AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Texas Longhorns baseball team made it five consecutive wins after completing a sweep of Manhattan on Sunday.Texas piled on the runs in the finale 16-6. AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Texas Longhorns softball team ran its winning streak to 13 games before falling in back-to-back extra-inning games at the Bevo Classic.On Sunday, the No. 10 Longhorns lost to Texas State in nine innings 5-4 to close out the tournament with a 3-2 record. ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – The Mehlville School District in south St. Louis County is one of many in our area struggling with a shortage of workers in important positions.“Oh, my goodness. A’s pitcher James Kaprielian took another positive step toward beginning the season in Oakland’s starting rotation with a solid spring training debut Sunday.Kaprielian, who had off-season AC shoulder joint surgery, started the A’s 8-6 split-squad win over the San Diego Padres and threw 1.2 scoreless innings, with all five of his outs coming on strikeouts.
